MANCHESTER TERMINAL

Located on the Buffalo Bayou Houston Ship Channel in Houston, that comes up from the Gulf, the Manchester Terminal has shipping docks to accommodate three large cargo ships backed up by 1,000,000 square feet of warehouse. It takes about 5 minutes to drive from one end to the other. The owner, after seeing the restaurant Kellogg designed in Florida, assumed Kellogg knew how to design anything and, ever since the 1980's, has sought Kellogg's advise. Kellogg first installed seven large round concrete culverts through the large blank front facade of the existing warehouse. They were the windows for the offices on the 2nd floor. Next Kellogg designed the foyer, circular stairs, and the offices on the 2nd floor.
